“Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.”
The impact of stress takes a heavy toll on people and organisations. With the challenges of a highly competitive global economy, plus a worldwide pandemic, on top of local issues like bushfires and floods, the rate of change continues to create stress. Being able to cope more effectively is a survival issue for everyone, and an opportunity to thrive.
Managing stress is like managing time: it’s all about managing ourselves. In this module, you will assess your current reactions to stress, then explore ways to clarify where we have a measure of control. Identifying different kinds of stress, and different responses from different people, will help identify how to show more of our innate resiliency to the internal and external factors we all face. We will identify ways to convert common negative reactions into positive outlooks, with clear action steps.
Cost: $29 for members and $39 for non-members (+GST)
(note workshop valued over $300, max 50 places)
